Born from decades behind the bar, 9th was founded by four seasoned bartenders who wanted to create something of their own. More than just a corner bar in Columbia, Missouri, 9th is a welcoming space built on good vibes, strong pours, and real connections.
Whether you're here for a laugh, a story, or just a great drink, there's always a spot waiting for you at 9th.

Do we serve food?

No, but outside food is permitted. Please be respectful of the space and fellow patrons. We reserve the right to ask you to leave or finish your food elsewhere.

I left something at the bar! What do I do?

Come in the next day during normal business hours to retrieve your item. Feel free to DM or email us about it. We will not ship lost items or open early to accommodate finding them. Anything left over 7 calendar days will be thrown away.

I forgot to close my tab.

No big deal! All tabs are closed at the end of the night by the bartenders with an added 25% gratuity.

Do you allow minors (persons under age 21) into the bar during certain time frames?

Minors are not allowed in 9th at any time during normal hours of operation - there are special circumstances (private events) where minors may be allowed in.
